Our payment infrastructure partner, PCI Proxy, has informed us of an upcoming emergency maintenance window that may impact the ability to take payments (including via Opayo, HolidayRentPayment, and Trust Payments) and disrupt communication with third-party integrations, such as Booking.com and Expedia.

Start Time: Monday, 23 June 2025 at 11:00 PM BST
End Time: Tuesday, 24 June 2025 at 1:00 AM BST
Duration: 2 hours
Expected Impact: Up to 30 minutes of intermittent service interruptions within the 2-hour window

Reason for Maintenance
A firewall software upgrade will be performed on the PCI Proxy production environment. This action addresses a vendor-identified bug contributing to recent service instability and is being carried out in coordination with their firewall vendor and cloud hosting provider.
