Summary Our payment infrastructure partner, PCI Proxy, has advised that they will be carrying out scheduled maintenance during this window. This work is external to SuperControl’s infrastructure. No outage is planned; however, services that rely on PCI Proxy may experience brief, intermittent connectivity issues.
Potential Impact Payments Short, intermittent issues may occur when processing or tokenising card payments.
Real-time payment actions, for example, card captures or refunds, may occasionally fail and require a retry.
No data loss is expected; queued transactions will resume automatically once connectivity stabilises.
Third-Party Integrations Integrations that depend on live card token handling, such as those used by Booking.com or Expedia, may experience brief interruptions if a payment attempt coincides with the maintenance activity.
Reservation imports, updates, or cancellations that involve payment tokenisation may retry momentarily. Availability and pricing synchronisation will not be affected.
Rollback Plan PCI Proxy has confirmed that a rollback plan is in place to address any issues that may arise, ensuring platform stability and data integrity.
Monitoring SuperControl will actively monitor payment gateway activity throughout the maintenance window. Any notable behaviour will be logged and communicated if required.
