In response to our recent outage, our infrastructure team will be carrying out work to improve the networking redundancy of our servers in the data centre. The new configuration will provide additional failover protection and reduce the risk of future connectivity loss.

We do not expect any disruption during this maintenance, though there is a small chance of a brief interruption to SuperControl while changes are applied. Our team will be monitoring the platform throughout the window
