Our payment infrastructure partner, PCI Proxy, has informed us of an upcoming emergency maintenance window that may impact the ability to take payments (including via Opayo, HolidayRentPayment, and Trust Payments) and disrupt communication with third-party integrations, such as Booking.com and Expedia.

Maintenance Details
- Start Time: Saturday, 6 September 2025 at 06:00 BST
- End Time: Saturday, 6 September 2025 at 09:30 BST
- Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes

Expected Impact: No downtime or service impact is expected, however there is a small risk that payments and third-party connections may be affected during the window.

Reason for Maintenance
Emergency network maintenance will be performed on the PCI Proxy production environment.

There is no downtime or impact expected during the above time window. In the unlikely event that any issues occur, a rollback plan is in place to ensure the safety and stability of the platform.
