Cloudflare has resolved the network issue that caused intermittent connectivity problems across parts of the internet. Their team has confirmed that services are now stable and operating normally.

Our platform was not directly affected, however we understand this incident may have caused concern or disruption for some users. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will continue to monitor upstream providers to ensure everything remains stable.

Cloudflare have reported a global network issue affecting their Sites and Services platform. This incident is causing intermittent access issues and timeouts on our support portal (supercontrol.support), which uses Cloudflare for CDN and WAF services.

What we’re doing:
We are monitoring Cloudflare’s incident updates.
We have confirmed that no SuperControl systems are at fault; this is upstream.
We will provide further updates as Cloudflare works toward a resolution.

What you can do:
If the support portal fails to load, try reloading it after a short interval.

Core SuperControl systems remain fully operational.
