Summary:
Our secure payment infrastructure partner, PCI Proxy, has advised us of very short-notice scheduled network maintenance on their production environment. This maintenance is managed entirely by PCI Proxy, and the timing is outside SuperControl’s control.

Potential Impact:

Payments
- Brief, intermittent issues may occur when processing or tokenising card payments.
- Real-time payment actions (such as captures, refunds, or validations) could temporarily fail and may need to be retried.
- No data loss is expected, and any queued transactions will resume automatically once connectivity stabilises.

Third-Party Integrations
- Channels that rely on PCI Proxy for payment validation (such as Booking.com or Expedia) may experience short interruptions during live payment attempts.
- Reservation imports or updates requiring card token handling could briefly be delayed.
- Availability, pricing, and non-payment-related data will not be affected.

Rollback Plan:
PCI Proxy has confirmed that a rollback plan is in place to ensure service stability should any issue arise.

We understand that this maintenance falls close to busy booking periods and sincerely apologise for the very short notice. We have shared this feedback with PCI Proxy to help them minimise disruption in future maintenance windows.

SuperControl systems, including the Online Booking System, remain fully operational during this time.
